It's about time to update those old family portraits, or maybe to capture your very first ones of your fam.. My approach here at Ash Hughes Photography is just as much about capturing the surroundings as it is about capturing you. Family is everything, however when you couple that with a special location, it creates an even better vibe due to the relaxed nature of the shot. We'll capture the traditional portraits however you won't see me in a studio asking you to say "cheese". I want to create an artwork for your wall that features your family as the centrepiece. Sessions are also preferably in a time slot that starts in the hour after sunrise, or the hour leading up to sunset. This means the natural light is beaming into your photos in its finest hours. If the weather doesn't suit on your day, we just reschedule to a better one! You can see a few examples of recent sessions below.

I offer 3 main packages to fit what is best for your family. All 3 of packages include the following:

All packages require $150 initial payment due on booking to secure a date with the remaining due 1 week prior to the session. Further customisation is available to suit your family's needs, including extended families, grandparents, additional travel time to make sure you're captured in those truly special locations!
I am based in Hervey Bay in Queensland, however I do fly back throughout the Victorian wedding season quite a lot and can accommodate family
sessions around these dates when I'm back in Victoria.
That's about it. There's no requirement to purchase any of the prints through me, however there's that option also through your online gallery with a wide range of options and sizing.
