I've seen some pretty cool surf spots in my time and Burleigh is right up there with Pipeline and Steamers Lane as one of the best places to watch surfing as far as a spectator goes. You're practicially on top of the surf from the clifftops allowing you to get close to the action, or photograph it in my case.
