While the ghostly figures at the end of the pier aren't real ghosts, derr.. They are craeted by the 80 second longer exposure. As they move around while fishing during the shot, they don't stay still enough for the camera to pick them up as solid objects. I'm sure there's plenty of real ghosts of the region as ships tried to navigate the heads into Port Phillip Bay.
