I wish I could say taking this image was as calm as it turned out.. It wasn't. It was spring, and some protective crows were nesting right behind where I launched my drone. It's only the second time in ~3 years that I've had bird troubles and these guys weren't letting me off lightly. I flew around the immediate area for a few minutes, gradually getting higher as birds struggle going up as fast as they come down. Quickly I realised I needed to get out of their space, so I took it way out into the bay.. They let me be so I snapped this shot, and only this shot, before walking about 1km along the beach to land well away from the angry parenting crows. Lesson learnt.
